Montessori Floor Bed with Barriers is a beautifully crafted wooden kids bed designed to combine safety, simplicity and timeless natural style. Made from solid pine, this sturdy construction ensures durability while maintaining a clean Scandinavian-inspired look.
The bed is available in two practical configurations:
- Montessori floor bed – with a low 2 cm ground clearance to promote independence and easy access.
- 20 cm leg option – offering a more elevated sleeping position and additional space underneath.
Equipped with protective safety rails (30 cm height, 10 cm spacing between spindles), this model creates a secure sleeping environment while still allowing comfortable access. With a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, the strong pinewood frame provides reliable support for everyday use.
The bed comes in a natural finish only and is available in a wide range of sizes – from toddler bed dimensions up to a proper UK Double – making it a versatile long-term solution for growing children.
Durable pine bed base slats are included to ensure proper mattress support and airflow. Assembly is straightforward with instructions provided.
