Simple, fair rules designed to protect your purchase and keep our furniture in “new” condition for the next family.

At a glance

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. This includes your statutory right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.

We organise the collection for you. A £30 return collection fee applies and is deducted from your refund.

All returns are processed at our logistics centre: XDP Curdworth House, Kingsbury Road, Sutton Coldfield, B76 2TA.

Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. If there are signs of use, assembly, damage, or missing parts, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

1. Your right to cancel

1.1

Under UK consumer law, when you buy online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days as part of Bedixo’s customer-friendly policy.

1.2

To cancel, simply contact us at hi@bedixo.co.uk and clearly state that you want to return your order. We will confirm the next steps and arrange collection.

2. Return window

2.1

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date. All items must be returned to our logistics centre in Sutton Coldfield (B76 2TA). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can book a collection date that suits you.

3. Collection fee (£30)

3.1

We make returns easy by organising collection from your address. A £30 return collection fee applies to cover transport, handling, and safe logistics for large items. This fee is deducted from your refund.

3.2

If your return is due to a confirmed fault, damage in transit, or mis-description, we will handle the matter fairly and in line with your legal rights.

4. “Unassembled” rule (flat-pack)

4.1

Many of our beds and furniture are delivered as flat-pack for self-assembly. For hygiene and resale reasons, if assembly has started, a deduction may be applied to your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product.

4.2

This rule protects you and other customers: a partially or fully assembled product cannot be sold as “new”.

5. Packaging requirements

5.1

Please keep the original packaging where possible. Couriers often require it for safe transport and insurance.

5.2

If you no longer have the original boxes, you may use alternative packaging, but it must be strong, protective, and suitable for furniture transport (securely sealed, protected edges/corners, and preventing movement inside the box).

6. Condition and deductions

6.1

Returned items must be complete and in a condition suitable for resale (including all parts, fixings, instructions, and accessories).

6.2

If an item shows signs of use, wear, assembly, damage, missing components, or has been handled beyond what is necessary to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

7. Refund timing

7.1

Once the item is collected and returned to our centre in Sutton Coldfield, we inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method. The £30 collection fee is taken from the refund amount. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
